Sorry if these questions are a tad daft, but i'm a new and enthusiastic star gazer who just wants to get started really. The Astro Fi 130 is a computerized alt-azimuth Newtonian telescope perfect for terrestrial and celestial viewing on the go. The instructions say to the move the scope up and down to see your first target, such as the top of a tree, But the scope does not move up and down - must it be switched on for this to happen once I've paired it with my tablet's Wi-Fi? And if yes, are there directional arrows on the Starry Night Software i can use for this purpose? The first could be quite ignorant on my part, but I was assuming the Starry Nights software would work 'out of the box' paired with the Wi'Fi of the scope, but the manual says I need a SkyFi-USB Wireless Telescope Adapter - is that correct? However i've run into a couple of issues I'm hoping you good people could help me with please? I' was very happy to find a Starry Nights 7 software download link and pw with the scope allowing me to use it with my windows 10 tablet. It looks great and I'm very excited to be starting my new hobby. Hi, i have just bought the Celestron Astro Fi 130 Wi-Fi Newtonian telescope.
